 At CarLux, all vehicle sales are final and vehicles are sold "As-Is" at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. However, to ensure our customers are satisfied with their investment, we may consider a store credit towards another vehicle under the following conditions: Window: Requests must be made within 48 hours of the original purchase. Condition : The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it left the lot, with fewer than 100 additional miles on the odometer. Credit: Customers may apply the full purchase price (excluding tax, tag, and fees) toward the purchase of any other vehicle in our current inventory of equal or greater value. Exclusions: This credit does not apply to vehicles damaged after delivery or those with altered titles.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on OUR DEALERSHIP's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. OUR DEALERSHIP does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current.
